YELLOWSTONE HISTORIC PRESERVADON BOARD MEMBER

The Yellowstone Historic Preservation Board recommends that Michael Scheer be re-appointed
to the Yellowstone Historic Preservation Board representing the City of Billings, the City of
Laurel, the Crow Tribe and Yellowstone County. Mr. Schaer just completed his first term on the
Board. Your prompt review and consideration of this recommendation is appreciated.
A joint resolution approved by Yellowstone County, the City of Billings, the City of Laurel, and
the Crow Tribe establishing the Yellowstone Historic Preservation Board requires that five of the
nine members be appointed 'oi intly by the four participating governments. Also, five of the nine-
member board must have a proven expertise in Historic Preservation. Mr. Schaer's background
fulfills this requirement.
