SETTING FORTH THE BUSINESS HOURS OF THE
POLICE COURT OF THE CITY OF LAUREL.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Laurel that except as hereinafter provided for the Police
Court of the City of Laurel shall be lawfully open for the
conduct of business for a minimum period of three (3) hours
each day, Monday through Friday; that, in addition, the
Court shall be open such additional time as is necessary
to complete trials or for the orderly conduct of its busi-
ness. That nothing herein shall require the Police Court
to be open upon legal holidays; when it is necessary for
the Police Judge to be elsewhere for the conducting of the
Court's business; or, during periods of illness of the
Police Judge, or reguiar vacation time.
