BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.04. 090 IN ORDER TO
AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK TO BILL CITY WATER CUSTOMERS
ACCORDING TO THE RATES AS ESTABLISHED BY THE PUBLIC SERVICE
COMMISSION.
BE IT ORDAIAIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL:
That Section 13.04.090 of the Laurel Municipal Code is amended to read
as follows:
13.04. 090. RATES. (a). The City Clerk shall bill monthly each
water customer according to the rates as approved from time to time by
resolution of the City Council, which rates shall also be approved by or
filed with the Montana Public Service Commission pursuant to the applicable
provisions of Title 69 of the Montana Code Annotated.
(b). The City may alter or change the water rates by resolution
of the City Council pursuant to Chapter 7 of Title 69, Montana Code Anno-
tared.
(c). The rates and the resolutions establishing, altering or changing
the same shall be on file with the City Clerk and shall be open to inspection.
