BOARD OF TRUSTEES DECEMBER 13, 2005
Attending
Peggy Freund (presiding), Katherine Kucera, Gail Brice, Bruce McCullough,
Clare Killebrew, and Peggy Arnold attended the meeting.
Minutes
The minutes of the November 8, 2005 meeting were read and approved.
Correspondence
None
Circulation
Traffic for November 2005 was 1531 down 7% from November 2004. Circulation
for November 2005 was 3,139 down 7% from November 2004.
Old Business
Bernice Mason, Yellowstone County Home Extension Agent presented her
holiday program on Monday November 21 at 7 p.m. The program was well
attended. Library staff will be receiving their raises and back pay this month.
Microfilm of older Laurel Outlooks have been purchased and more will be
purchased as funding allows.
New Business
The Collection Management Policy was revised and adopted. The Friends will be
getting books from Buy the Book for exchange. We will try to begin having
planning meetings in 2006.
