BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE CITY OFFICE OF DIRECTOR
OF PUBLIC WORKS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL,
MONTANA THAT THERE IS HEREBY ADDED TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE SECTION 2.08.125 AS FOLLOWS:
2.08. 125. Director of Public Works. The Director of Public Works
shall be appointed annually by the Mayor with the consent and advice of the
Council. He shall hold his office for one year and until his successor is ap-
pointed.
