BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8. 16. 010 TO PROVIDE THAT
THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS SHALL BE IN CHARGE OF THE SANI-
TARY LANDFILL DUMP.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAUREL,
MONTANA THAT SECTION 8.16. 010 IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS
FOLLOWS:
8.16. 010. Sanitary Landfill Dump - - Director of Public Works in
Charge~ The City shall operate a landfiI1 dump for garbage and debris. The
Director of Public Works shall be the officer in charge of the landfill, area,
and shall adopt such rules and regulations as may be required in the operation
of the dump. Such rules shall be posted at the entrance of the dump and must
be obeyed by all persons using the dump.
