AMENDING THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
CHAPTER 8.12.058, DEMOLITION FEES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel,
there is hereby added to the Laurel Municipal Code an amend-
ment to Chapter 8.12 as follows:
B.12.058 Demolition Fees. Demolition fees for business/
commercial, out of city residents, and for city residents where
a building permit is required, shall be as follows:
1. $1.00 cu. yd. - wood or trees,
2. $2.00 cu. yd. - un¢ompacted garbage or mixed loads such
as wood/trees and other materials,
3. SB.O0 cu. yd. - compacted garbage
with minimum charges being:~
$5.00 minimum on pickup or 1 Ton Truck
$10.00 minimum on 1½ or 2 Ton Truck
$15.00 minimum on over 2 Ton Truck
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
April 20, 1982, by Alderman Marvin Carter.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council and approved
by the Mayor this 4th day of May , 1982.
