AMENDING THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE,
CHAPTER 8.16.020, OUT OF CITY RESIDENTS
GARBAGE FEES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel,
there is hereby added to the Laurel Municipal Code an amendment
to Chapter 8.16 as follows:
8.16.020 Out of City Residents Garbage Fees. The annual
out of city residents fee for depositing of household garbage
at the City of Laurel Landfill Dump shall be as follows:
1. Annual permit One-Hundred-Bight Dollars {$108.00) per year
2. $2.00 cu. yd. - uncompacted household garbage with:
$5.00 minimum on pickup or 1 Ton Truck
$10.00 minimum on 1½ or 2 Ton Truck
$15.00 minimum on over 2 Ton Truck
3. Demolition fees would apply to all other types of garbage.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
April 20, 1982, by Alderman Marvin Carter.
PASSED and ADOPTED by the Laurel City Council and approved
by the Mayor this 4th day of May , 1982.
