AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.12.030, LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, IN ORDER TO DELETE REFERENCE TO SUPERSEDED GAR-
BAGE FEES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section8~2.030 of Ordinance 62] and Section 8.12. 030
of the Laurel Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows:
8.12. 030. Residential Garbage Fees. The residences of the
City are hereby divided into fair and reasonable types according to their
structure and uses for the purpose of garbage and rubbish accumulation
and removal. All collections will be made either from the alley, where
alley exists, or from a place easily accessible to the street from which
the collections are made. No collections shall be made from inside
structures or other enclosures.
The annual residential refuse collection fees shall be as estab-
lished by resolution of the City Council, and may be changed or amended
by subsequent resolution of the Council from time to time as the Council
deems necessary. A copy of the residential fee schedule shall be on file
in the office of the City Clerk and shall be open to inspection by any per-
son.
