The Tree Board met at 9:00 A.M. at the Laurel Library.
Pat Hart presiding, with Aaron Christenson, LuAnn Engh, Sue
Carter and Kurt Markegard present.
Discussion about Arbor Day May 1, 11:00 A.M. at Firemen's
Memorial Park. We will planting two Autumn Blaze Maple trees
with a $750.00 grant from the D.N.R.C. Invitations will go out
to Mayor and City Council, Garden Clubs, Sunshine Academy, D.N.R.C,
Headstart, FireDept. and the News Media.
The maintance crew watered the trees from Alder to First Ave.
on Main Street and also the trees on Eighth Avenue.
Next Meeting May 16, 2013.
