AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8. 12. 042, LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE, TO ESTABLISH ANNUAL COMMERCIAL GARBAGE COLLECTION
FEES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Laurel~ Montana,
that Section 82[2.042 of Ordinance 681 and Section 8.12. 042 of the
Laurel Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
8.12. 042. Commercial Rates. The calendar year refuse collection
fee for businesses and commercial, educational and other non-residential
buildings and other institutions shall be equal to the rates and fees estab-
lished from time to time by resolution of the City Council, according to the
classification of the user under the table set forth in Section 8.12. 034. No
collections shall be made from inside any structure or other enclosure.
