In attendance: Tom Nelson, Bill Mountsier, Bruce McGee

Tom Nelson opened the meeting at 5:32.
There was no public comment.
Tom Nelson made a motion to accept the minutes as presented.: untsier seconded. The motion
carried.
Tom turned the meeting over to Iry Wilke of the Rod and • ub. tated that his remaining
concerns dealt with lawn maintenance and insurance : roup does - lieve that they will spend
enough time on site to warrant lawn maintenance formed Irv, tha. City will take care of the
grass maintenance and language will be entered a lease describing th eement. Iry stated the
club would be more than happy to maintain the gr. once the are able to the building.
In regards to the insurance, Curtis stat - • .t it was the . s to obtain the $ Ilion aggregate.
Iry stated the insurance would be in pl. - any shoots ents occurred.
