ORDINANCE NO. 723
AMENDING SECTION 13.04.135~ FINE FOR
UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS TURNING WATER ON.
the Council of the City of Laurel,
of the Laurel Municipal Code is amended
Fine for Unauthorized Persons Turning
Water On or Off Any person who turns water service on or off
at any service location without permission or authority of the
Water Commissioner or the City of Laurel shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of Twenty-five
Dollars ($25.00) for each separate offense.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
January 18, 1983, by Alderman Kellogg
PASSED and APPROVED this ls.t day of February, 1983, by
the entire Council present.
