AMENDING SECTION 5.48.0~0B, FEES, OF THE
LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel,
that Section 5.48.0~0B of the Laurel Municipal Code is amended
to read as follows:
Section 5.~8.0~0B Fees - Bingo:
1. From each owner or operator of any premise and any indi-
vidual, other than non-profit organizations or churches,
who operates a bingo, keno or any other game derived
from the term "lotto," as defined in this code, excluding
electronic or coin operated games or machines, Five-
Nundred Dollars ($500.00) per year for e~ry year.
2. For electronic or coin operated games or machines, Seven-
Hundred-Fifty Dollars ($750.00) per year for the first
such machine and Five-Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per year
for each additional machine.
For non-profit organizations or churches, the fee for
bingo is Fifty Dollars ($50.00} per year.
Every other section and subsection of the said Section
5.48.040 shall remain the same and in full force and effect.
The above amended Section 5.48.040B shall be in full
force and effect thirty (30) days after
ordinance.
