AMENDING SECTION 17.96.010 SCHEDULE OF
FEES OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel,
that Section 17.96.010 Schedule of Fees is amended to read
as follows:
Section 17.96.010 Schedule of Fees -- Planning Board
to Adopt Fee Schedule Each application required or submitted
under this title shall be accompanied by payment of a fee as
determined by the Planning Board. The Planning Board shall
adopt a schedule of fees for each type of application, which
shall be designed to cover advertising and mailing costs.
The Planning Board may from time to time adjust the fee
schedule after public hearing.

Passed by the Laurel City Council and approved by the
Mayor this 15th day of March, 1983.

WHEREAS, on Thursday, January 13, 198B, at 7:00 p.m.,
the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board held a
public hearing requesting all interested persons to comment
on proposed fees to be charged for submitting applications
or plats under Title 17 of the Laurel Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, no persons appeared and no comments were made
and no one objected thereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Laurel-Yellowstone
City-County Planning Board that after due consideration of
all relevant factors and pursuant to Section 17.96.010,
Laurel Municipal Code as amended, the following fees shall
be required to accompany all plats or applications under
Title 17:
Major plat.
Minor plat.
Zone change
Special review.
Variances
Annexations
Vacating street
or alley.
