ADDING SECTION 15.56.035, BONFIRES PROHIBITED,
TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 15.56.035 is hereby added to the
Laurel Municipal Code as follows:
Section 15.56.035 Bonfires Prohibited To the extent
that any section of the Uniform Fire Code, as adopted by
the City of Laurel, conflicts or is inconsistent with the
provisions of Section 9.08.010 as amended~ specifically
Section 11.101 of said Uniform Fire Code, said sections
are hereby repealed.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
on May 17, 1983, by Alderman Kellogg
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 7th day of June, 1983.
