AMENDING SECTION 5.04.080, TERM OF LICENSES,
OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
that Section 5.04.080 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
5.04.080 Term of Licenses. Unless the Council shall pro-
vide otherwise, either by ordinance or in an individual license,
the term of every license issued under authority of this title
shall be for one {1) year, and shall commence July 1st and end
June 30th.
Businesses which have been notified and have not paid their
license fee by September 1st will pay, in addition to such fees,
a minimum fine of Fifty and NO/100 Dollars ($50.00).
Ail business license fees for the period January 1, 1984,
to June 30, 1984, shall be pro-rated to one-half of the applicable
fee.
This ordinance shall be effective on January 1, 1984.

PASSED by the Laurel City Council and approved by the Mayor
