AMENDING SECTION 5.08.040, TRANSIENT
MERCHANT LICENSE FEE, OF THE LAUREL
MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
that Section 5.08.040 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
5.08.040 Transient Merchant License Fee. The fee for a
municipal license to engage in the business of transient merchant
is Fifty and NO/lO0 Dollars ($50.00) a year.
The fee may only be pro-rated to half a year.
This ordinance goes into effect on January 1, 1984.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
August 16, 1983, by Alderman Brennan
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and approved by the Mayor
this 6th day of September , 1983.
