AMENDING SECTION 5.12.020, JUNK DEALERS
LICENSE FEE, OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City o£ Laurel, Montana,
that Section 5.12.020 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
5.12.020 Junk Dealers License Fee. The municipal license
fee for engaging in the junk business shall be Fifty and No/lO0
Dollars ($50.00) per year.
This ordinance shall be effective on January 1, 1984.
Introduced at a regular meeting o£ the City Council on
August 16, 1983, by Alderman Behm
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and approved by the Mayor
