AMENDING SECTION 5.16.030, SECOND HAND STORES
LICENSE FEE, OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
that Section 5.16.030 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
5.16.030 Second Hand Stores License Fee. The fee for a
municipal license to operate a second hand store shall be
Fifty and NO/100 Dollars ($50.00) per year.
This ordinance shall be effective on January 1, 1984.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
August 16, 1983, by Alderman Brennan
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and approved by the Mayor
this 6th day of September , 1983.
