AMENDING SECTION 5.32.030, TAXICAB FEES,
OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
that Section 5.32.030 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
5.32.030 Taxicab Fees. The driver of a taxicab shall
pay a license fee of Fifty and NO/lO0 Dollars ($50.00) per year.
The annual license fee for an owner shall be Fifty and NO/100
Dollars ($50.00) whether he drives a taxicab or not.
This ordinance shall be effective on January 1, 1984.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
August 16, 1983, by Alderman Kellogg
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and approved by the Mayor
