ADDING SECTION 5.44.010, GENERAL BUSINESS
LICENSE FEES, TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
that Section 5.44.010 is hereby added to the Laurel Municipal
Code as follows:
5.44.010 General Business License Fees. The municipal
license fee for all businesses of whatever kind or nature shall
be Fifty and NO/100 Dollars ($50.00) per year except as may be
specifically provided for certain types of business licenses in
this code.
This ordinance shall be effective on January 1, 1984.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
August 16, 1983, by Alderman Sue Carter
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and approved by the Mayor
this 6th day of September , 1983.
