ADDING SECTION 5.44.020, UTILITY SERVICES
LICENSE FEES, TO THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
that there is hereby added to the Laurel Municipal Code Section
5.44.020 as follows:
5.4~.020 Utility Services License Fees. The municipal
license fee for a business dealing in utility services, inclu-
ding but not limited to electric and light power, natural gas,
and telephone service shall be Two-Hundred Fifty and NO/100
Dollars ($250.00) per year.
This ordininance shall be effective on January 1, 198~.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
August 16, 198B, by Alderman Kellogg.
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and approved by the
Mayor this 6th day of September, 198B.
