AMENDING SECTION 5.56.010, DAIRIES--CREAMERIES,
OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
that Section 5.56.010 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
5.56.010 Dairies---Creameries. The municipal license fee
required for operating a dairy or creamery shall be Fifty and
NO/100 Dollars ($50.00) per year.
This ordinance shall be effective on January 1, 1984.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
August 16, 1983, by Alderman Kelloaa
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and approved by the Mayor
