ADDING SECTION 5.44.030, APARTMENTS, HOTELS,
MOTELS, BOARDING HOUSES LICENSE FEES, TO THE
LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that there is hereby added to the Laurel Municipal
Code Section 5.44.030 as follows:
5.44.030 Apartments~ Hotels~ Motels~ Boarding Houses
License Fees. The municipal license fee for apartments and
boarding houses in which there are three {3) or more rental
units shall be Ten and NO/100 Dollars ($10.00) per unit per
year subject to a maximum of Fifty and NO/100 Dollars ($50.00)
per year.
The municipal license fee for hotels and motels shall be
Fifty Dollars ($50.00) ~per year.
This ordinance shall be effective on January 1, 1984.

PASSED by the Laurel City Council and approved by the
Mayor this 20th day of September ~983.
