ADDING SECTION 16.02.020,
ACTIVITIES AT SOUTH POND,
MUNICIPAL CODE.
PROHIBITING CERTAIN
TO THE LAUREL
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel,
that Section 16.02.020 is hereby added to the Laurel Municipal
Code as follows:
Section 16.02.020 Prohibiting Certain Activities at
South Pond
1. No person shall swim, float, boat, ice skate, or otherwise
enter in or upon in any manner the waters of South Pond,
except that fishing from the bank is allowed.
2. Any person violating this ordinance shall, upon conviction
thereof, be punished as set forth in Section 1.16.020
of this code.
3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after
final passage.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
September 6, 1983, by Alderman Fe,,erbacher
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 20th day of September , 1983.
