The Mayor stated he had talked with Sam Painter and his recommendation was to follow suit and have the $1M /$2M aggregate. The Mayor elaborated on the need for the $2M aggregate. Curtis stated that there would be an increase in their insurance premium costs by $1,500. Curtis stated he would like to know when the lease and building would be ready so their insurance could coordinate with those dates. The Mayor said he would call the City's insurance to see what their opinion on the matter was. Some discussion followed. Curtis asked about coordinating dates and what the possibility of a variance could be until the club could occupy the building. At this point the group could offer no answers. They group agreed to wait on an opinion from MMIA. Estimates for restoration of the building were handed out to the group. The Alpha Omega quote cited an estimate of $41,000 for building resotration. Curtis stated their group was interested in having the floor be one level and to remove the dance floor. The Mayor said he could see no problem with that proposal. Some discussion followed. Tom reported that at this time there was no timeline for the actual repairs. Curtis stated he had reservations regarding the building and the lease having "as is" language for acceptance of the building. Tom stated that there would be an addendum to the lease to reflect when the building would be ready. Tom stated the discussion on insurance would continue at the next meeting. Tom asked the current Rod and Gun Club insurance policy covered events when the building was leased out for special events. Iry stated he understood their insurance covers those events. Curt presented the group with a summary of all information required by Rod and Gun Club for their agreement to sign the lease. The information had been presented to the group in prior meetings but had not made it in to the draft document Tom presented to the group. Tom stated that was still a work in progress. A map was presented to the group. Iry asked if any changes should be made to the map illustrating key locations during shooting activities. The only suggestion was to add a North arrow. Tom suggested a meeting be held in two weeks on April 1, 2013 at 5:30. Tom made a motion for adjournment. Bill seconded the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 6:43. Respectfully, Monica Plecker
