AMENDING SECTION 12.08.020, PENALTIES,
OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 12.08.020 of the Laurel Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 12.08.020 Penalties Any person violating a
provision of this chapter, or any of the duly approved and
adopted rules and regulations of the Cemetery Commission,
for which another penalty has not been provided shall, upon
conviction thereof, be punished as set forth in Section 1.16.020.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Laurel City
Council on January 17 , 1984, by Alderman Carter
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
on the 7th day of February , 1984.
