AMENDING SECTION 11.08.090(C) OF THE
LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel,
Montana, that Section 11.08.090(C) is hereby amended to read
as follows:
C. Where a property width is sixty feet or less, joint
curb cut with an adjoining property of sixty feet or less
may be constructed at a maximum width of twenty-eight feet.
Both property owners must be in agreement to a joint curb cut
and must submit a written agreement to the city building
inspector/city engineer. The city building inspector/city
engineer shall have discretion to waive the maximum width
restriction in a proper case, after application has been sub-
mitted, when in his opinion the purpose and intent of this
section will be maintained.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
March 6, 1984, by Alderman Krug.
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and the
Mayor this 20th day of March, 1984.
This ordinance shall become effective after
final passage by the Laurel City Council.
