AMENDING SECTION 13.0~.080, INSTALLATION,
OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel,
that Section 13.04.080 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 13.04.080 Installation.
A) All lot owners applying for water hookup or user shall
provide and install, at their own expense, all necessary meter
loops, valves, check valves, and fittings according to City
requirements and specifications as determined by the Water
Commissioner, prior to obtaining water service.
B) The Water Commissioner shall make rules and regulations
governing the installation of water lines for the transmission
of water. The Water Commissioner shall be in control of such
installation.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
May 1, 1984, by Alderman Kellogg.
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 15th day of May , 1984.
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after
final passage by the Laurel. City Council.
