AMENDING SECTION 10.68.030, TWO-HOUR PARKING, OF
THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel, Montana,
that Section 10.68.030 of the Laurel Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 10.68.030 Two-Hour Parking.
A. The two (2) hour parking district shall encompass the area from
2nd Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue and from Main Street to 1st
Street.
B. No person shall park any vehicle on the following streets or
parts of streets for longer than two hours:
STREET ON WHICH SIDE OF STREET
PARKING IS LIMITED ON WHICH PARKING
TO TWO HOURS FROM TO IS LIMITED
East Main Street 1st Avenue Washington Avenue south Side
East Main Street 1st Avenue Wyoming Avenue north side
West Main Street 1st Avenue 4th Avenue north side
Pennsylvania Avenue Main Street E. 1st Street both sides
Colorado Avenue Main Street E. 1st Street both sides
Montana Avenue Main Street E. 1st Street both sides
1st Avenue Main Street 3rd Street both sides
2nd Avenue Main Street W. 1st Street both sides
E. 1st Street 1st Avenue alley of Colo. Ave. south side
E. 1st Street 1st Avenue Montana Avenue north side
E. 1st Street Pennsylvania Ave. Colorado Avenue north Side
W. 1st Street 1st Avenue 2nd Avenue both sides
C. No person shall park any vehicle in the City parking lot
located at W. 1st Street across from City Hall, as posted,
for longer than two (2) hours.
