HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 779 ORDINANCE NO. 779 DESIGNATING LI ZONE AND CHANGING THE LAUREL ZONING MAP. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that the Laurel Zoning Map is changed in part as follows: WHEREAS the LaureI-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board recommended to the Laurel City Council to approve the zone designation of LI on C/S #1222, Tract B, and C/S #1604 Amended, Yellowstone County, located between South School and the Free- way, a copy of the Planning Board's recommendation attached hereto; and, WHEREAS the aforesaid described property is within the jurisdiction of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board and is in the best interests of the City of Laurel; and, WHEREAS public notice and public hearings have been held, NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT ORDAINED that the City of Laurel does designate the zone of LI (Light Industrial) on C/S #1222, Tract B, and C/S #1604 Amended, Yellowstone County~ located between South School and the Freeway. Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on July 17, 1984, by Alderman Meyers PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor this 7th day of August, 1984. The property is iocated between South School and the Freeway.
