DESIGNATING RMF ZONE AND CHANGING THE LAUREL ZONING MAP
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
the Laurel Zoning Map is changed in part as follows:
WHEREAS the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board
recommended to the Laurel City Council to approve the zone
designation of RMF on Herman Addition First Filing for the
SE¼ SE¼, Section 8, T2S, R24 E, PMM, Yellowstone County, generally
located at 100-130 8th Avenue, Laurel, Montana~ a copy of the
Planning Board's recommendation attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS the aforesaid described property is within the
jurisdiction of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning
Board and is in the best interests of the City of Laurel; and,
WHEREAS public notice and public hearings have been held,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City of Laurel
does designate the zone of RMF (Residential Multi Family} on
Herman Addition First Filing for the SE¼ SE¼, Section 8, T2S,
R24E, PMM, Yellowstone County, generally located at lO0-1BO
8th Avenue, Laurel, Montana.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
August 21, 1984, by Alderman Carter
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 4th day of September, 1984.
This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after final
passage by the Laurel City Council.
