DESIGNATING RMH ZONE AND CHANGING THE
LAUREL ZONING MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
the Laurel Zoning Map is changed in part as follows:
WHEREAS, the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning
Board recommended to the Laurel City Council to approve the
zone designation of RMH on Village Subdivision, 3rd Filing,
An Addition to the City of Laurel, located in the N½, Sec. 11,
T2S, R24E, MPM, to be known as Lots la-lO, Block 1, a copy
of the Planning Board's recommendation attached hereto; and,
WNEREAS~ the aforesaid described property is within the
jurisdiction of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning
Board and is in the best interests of the City of Laurel; and,
WHEREAS, public notice and public hearings have been held,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City of Laurel
does designate the zone of RMN (Residential Mobile Home) on
Village Subdivision, Brd Filing, An Addition to the City of
Laurel, located in the N½, See. 11, T2S, R24E~ MPM, To be
known as Lots 1--10, Block 1.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
October 16, 198~ by Alderman ~ello§u
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this ? th th day of November, 198~.
This ordinance shall become effective BO days after final
passage by the Laurel City Council.

VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, 3rd FILING having petitioned for a
zone designation of RMH on the followi.ng described premises:
Village Subdivision, Brd Filing, An Addition to the
City of Laurel, located in the N½, Sec. Il, T2S,
R24E, MPM, to be known as Lots 1--10, Block 1.
At a meeting of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning
Board held on September 13, i984, after public notice and a
public hearing having been held, the Board recommends to the
Laurel City Council that the petition for a zone designation
of RMH in the above matter be granted.
