DESIGNATING RMH ZONE AND CHANGING THE
LAUREL ZONING MAP.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
the Laurel Zoning Map is changed in part as follows:
WHEREAS, ~he Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board
reeommended to the Laurel City Council to approve the zone
designation of RMH on Tr. 1, C/S #2207, Yellowstone County,
MT., a copy of the Planning Board's recommendation attached
hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the aforesaid described property is within the
jurisdiction of the Laurel-Yellowstone City-County Planning
Board and is in th~ best interests of the City of Laurel; and,
WHEREAS, public notice and pubIie hearings have been held,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the City of Laurel
does designate the zone of RMH (Residential Mobile Home) on
Tr. 1, C/S #2207, Yellowstone County, MT.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
October 16, 1984, by Alderman Harris
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this ? th th day of November, 1984.
This ordinance shall become effective BO days after final
passage by the Laurel City Council.
