ADDING SECTION 2.04.031, ELIGIBILITY TO
APPOINTIVE OFFICE, OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL
CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
Section 2.04.0B1 is hereby added to read as follows:
Section 2.0~.031 Eligibility to Appointive Office. No
person is eligible to any appointive municipal office who is
not a oitizen of the United States.

This ordinance shall become effective BO days after final
passage by the Laurel City Council.
