AMENDING SECTION 18.40.080, GARBAGE COLLECTION,
OF THE LAUREL MUNICIPAL CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Laurel that
Section 18.40.080 is hereby amended as follows:
Section 18.40.080 Garbage Collection The garbage
coilection sites shall be provided as approved by the City
Engineer or County Surveyor. City garbage cans shall be
provided in accordance with City specifications, prior to con-
struction. The cost of the garbage can may be included in
the building permit application fee by the City, but in any
case, shall be paid before a building permit is issued.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council on
November 20 , 1984, by Alderman Bre,,an
PASSED by the Laurel City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
this 4th day of December , 1984 .
This ordinance shall become effective B0 days after final
passage by the Laurel City Council.
