A LAUREL RENEWAL AGENCY meeting was held in City Boardroom and called to order by Cami Story
at 10:00 p.m. on Oct 7th,2025

Approval of Minutes—All minutes were approved Judy and 2"d by Daniel—all in favor
New Business:
Ditch Covering:Need approval from owners for the beautification—Still can't go out to bid until this is done.
We are waiting for Noice from Triple Tree—if owners doesn't approve we will change scope without landscape.
Project 1: Still waiting for MDT
SE 4" Lighting: Judy made a motion to expanding the battery study life done for the poles beyond 5 years. Dean 2"d and
all in favor.
Old Business:
Daniel wants to update the bylaws expanding it to 6 rather than 7 committee members.
Advisory members update:needs the mayors approval
Other updates:
Big Sky EDA& Beartooth RC&D—The director moved on and in the works for a new directory.
Laurel is not apart of the MT Main St.program and it is currently not taking applications
Announcements: Next meeting will be Oct 27th,2025

• Finishing up final numbers on the project estimates.

o Submit 99%Report&Estimates for client review by end of day 09/16/2025
o Will make any updates as necessary pending comments from client.

o Billed—None to Date.
