A LAUREL RENEWAL AGENCY meeting was held in City Boardroom and called to order by Cami Story
at 10:00 p.m.on Aug 25th,2025

Roll Call
Approval of Minutes—All minutes were approved Judy and 2"d by Cami—all in favor
New Business:
Review of Updated ByLaws: We need to amend to accommodate the new bylaws which we need to have a representee
from the school and one from the county.
Daniel made a motion to send to city Attorney and to council to change the ordinance in order to be compliance with city
and state bylaws.
Annual Report: Due by Sept 30,2025—no change
Judy Made a motion to submit annual report and Dean made 2"d—all in favor
Old Business:
Update: Ditch Covering Taske#5—Kurt has been working out details and we are still in line with getting this project
Start Nov of 2025
Update: E. Railroad Path—No update
Update: Lighting on SE 411 St. Task Order#6—working on numbers to present to land owners.
Other updates:

Announcements: Next meeting will be Aug I Ith,2025
