A LAUREL RENEWAL AGENCY meeting was held in City Boardroom and called to order by Cami Story
at 10:00 p.m.on July 28th,2025

New Business:
Update: Ditch Covering
Taske#5—Design bidding,construction&permitting administration for Ditch covering on Bernhardt.
95%design by Sept 161h,2025
100%design by Oct 1,2025
Bids by oct 2",2025 begin on construction on or around Nov 1,2025—total cost is$40,000
Cheryl made a motion to take task order#5 to city council on Aug 5'workshop, vote on Aug 121. Judy made a 2„d and
all in favor
—Forrest will email committee members the task#5.
Update: E. Railroad Path
NO UPDATE
City is willing to do Sholder work on the E.Railroad- up to 5k,but not to exceed,no further update was available.
Update: Liehtine on SE 41'St.
Task Order#6-$3,900 SID cost from Triple Tree preliminary map for the lighting for pole traditional power and solar.
Cheryl made a motion to move forward with task#6 with changes,Judy made a 2"d-this can be signed by Kurt with it
being under 5k. Kurt approved and will sign.
Update project 1- Downtown Sidewalks, lighting
Triple Tree gave us the 50%design and concept plan with the changes that needed to be made in the alley
Triple tree also brought in Bruce to give us a better understanding on the pole options and will work on the cost analysis
for both solar or traditional electrical cost.
