Charlie Pratt, Pat Kimmett, Jan Stanford, Rick Musson, Smokey
Staudinger, Chuck Rodgers, Norman Orr, Dirk Kroll, Ken Olson
Chief Musson reported tht the new dispatcher is Cory Cutting. The chlef also reported
that the COPS grant is still undecided. Rick also stated h/s support of continuing
education and training in the police department.
Jan brought up discussion of the purchase of a new ambulance. She passed out
information on an ambulance that was shown on 8-22-99. She has handed out policies to
the crew and has talked to Bruce Robertson to set up an instructor's class. Charlie Pratt
asked about a communication incidem and Jan replied that part of the problem was the
blind areas in the district where communication between the ambulance and dispatch are
intermittent.
Dirk reported that the task force on emergency medical services will meet on September
20, 1999.
