Gentlemen:
At its regularly scheduled December meeting the Lanrel-Yellowstone City-County Planning Board reviewed
the attached preliminary plat of Amended Lot 2, Block 1, Entertainment Park Subdivision; the Board ·
recommends that this proposed plat be approved subject to review and approval of scheduled huprovements,
including landscaping similar to what has been provided Lot 2, by the City Public Works Department prior to
any construction activity on-site. This Board also made note of, and the developer promised to address, the
need for control of noxious weeds on the property prior to development.
