from Cumin Associates for $3,375. Motion carried.
Cal introduced Jim "Ziggy" Ziegler, the new Yellowstone County
Commissioner, who will be serving on the Board in Grace Edward's
place.
Cal explained to Jim a few of the responsibilities of the Planning
Board.
Cal also commented that there are two vacancies on the Board, one
County Rep., and one City Rep. Both of these vacancies are being
advertised throught the Laurel Outlook. Hopefully we will get
some response.
There will be a February public hearing on selling beer and gas
on the same premises.
Cal reported that the Scuba Diving ordinance was passed by the
City Council. The application was modified some from what the
Planning Board had drafted on the ordinance.
Groshelle Pond will more than likely be given to the City by
the County, if no one buys it in the next tax sale. The City has
plans to use it for storm drain purposes.

accomplish in 1991.
Motion by Russ Bray, seconded by Gerald Shay that the minutes
