and hopes to go into it full time at a later date.
He will not display furniture at his home, and will depend upon

He uses a small 130 amp welding machine andvarious small hand

No customers come to his home. He orders products, picks them up
at local warehouses and delivers them to his customers.

any unit." and need to be added to the end of the first sentence;
2- deed restrictions need to be added requiring the owners of lot
1, block 1, and lot 1 block 2 to improve their frontage of Woodland
Avenue when the City improves S. 5th Street. 3- State law
requires 1/gth of the net residential area be given as public park.
This amounts to approximately 5,272 sq. feet.
Motion by Jim Ziegler, seconded by Gerald Shay, to recommend
approval of Wasson Subdivision preliminary plat, subjec~ ~o:
Motion carried.
Cal recommended that the Board authorize the spending of $2,000 to
Yellowstone County to get us started and in on the GIS Mapping
System. The system would allow us access to many different maps,
once we get them into the system. We would also be able to make
changes on our maps much easier.
