CITY-COUNTY PLANNING BOARD
NOVEMBER 10, 1994 7:00 P.M

Jim Worthington, 1055 Montana Avenue
Motion by Gerald Shay, seconded by Donna Kilpatrick, to
approve the minutes of the October 13, 1994 meeting. Motion
carried.
Motion by Donald Gudgell, seconded by Donna Kilpatrick, to
approve the bill for the November administration services for $200.
Motion carried.
SEG Credit Union
Jim Worthington was present representing SEG Credit Union. The
Planning Board approved a plat for SEG at the September 1994
meeting, which involved dividing the land into 2 pieces. Since
that time they have decided to divide the land into 3 pieces and
they have sales pending on two of the pieces. Jim is here tonight
requesting approval of the dividing of the land into 3 pieces.
Cal recommends approval.
Motion by Gerald Shay, seconded by Merrill Watkins, to
recommend approval of the SEG plat dividing it into 3 pieces.
Motion carried.
Appointment- John Smith
Cal mentioned that John Smith needs to be reappointed to the
Planning Board. He suggested that the Mayor do that at the
November 15, 1994 council meeting.
Cal told the board that there is a pending Board of Adjustment for
Asphalt Supply. They want to add more tanks to the property. The
meeting date is December 13, 1994 at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
