R13-02 A resolution of the City Council authorizing the Mayor to sign a contract with Dr. Thomas Bennett for the Medical Director position for the Laurel Ambulance Service. R13-03 A resolution authorizing the Mayor to temporarily assign the City's prosecution contract to Elk River Law Office. R13-04 Resolution of the City Council granting a variance from the City's zoning regulation which prohibits lot coverage from exceeding 30% for property zoned Residential -6000.
