Lance, seconded by Gerald Shay to approve. 0. Motion by Billielou Motion carried 8-- Approve bills: $200- Administrative Services, $3375 for Cal Cumin services. Motion by Gerald Shay, seconded by Billielou Lance to approve above bills. Motion carried 8--0. Home Occupations: Michael Timmons of 2617 Atchison was present in regards to his home occupation application for wireless security systems and home automation systems. He will have no customers coming to his home. He will have no stock and trade, or inventory at his home. Cal recommends approval as it meets all of the criteria for approval such as no traffic or customers coming to the home. Motion by Chuck Dickerson, seconded by Merrill Watkins, to recommend approval of Michael Timmons home occupation at 2617 Atchison. Motion carried 8--0. Tami Gallegos of 1109 Locomotive Circle was present in regards to her home occupation application for a welcome wagon type of bridal services. She will have no customers coming to her home. She will use her home strictly for her bookkeeping. Cal recommends approval subject to no traffic or customers ~) 5) 6) 7) coming to her home. Motion by Chuck Dickerson, seconded by Billielou Lance, to recommend approval of Taml Gallegos home occupation at 1109 Locomotive Circle for bridal services. Subdivision Changes Review. Cal recommended that a public hearing be held on the suggested subdivision changes. It will be held on January 11, 1996 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. He suggested that the Planning Board members do a review of the proposed changes before that time. Don Gudgell arrived at the meeting at this time. Zoning Changes Review. This was put off until the early part of 1996 when a public hearing will be scheduled. Cal mentioned that the gentleman that bought Northill Estates Subdivision is seeking a way to get funding and is pursuing it at this time. Subdivision north of Laurel Golf Course. Cal has been asked if he would help with the planning of roads, sewer and water and other details. He will take it into consideration and was only telling the board for informational purposes. Motion by Billielou Lance, seconded by Gerald Shay to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 9--0. The Planning Board will make a recommendation to the City Council that the request for home occupation be granted or denied. 4. The Citv Council, at its ne:ct regularly scheduled meeting, will consider the Planning Board's recommendation regarding the home occupation and approve or deny the request. The applicant or his representataive must also attend this City Council must then meeting. If the Council approves the home occupation, the uapplicant business Council's Business License Committee for the actual occupation.
