to run a wholesale distribution business out of his home. There
are no other employees, no traffic, no stock kept at the home. Ail
transactions get to him through his fax machine and he in turn
orders goods out of the distributor in Salt Lake ~ity.

FINAL ZONING MAP
Cal showed the board the new zoning map with the new zone
placements. The City Council has its first reading and public
hearing at the September 17th meeting and the second reading and
public hearing at the October 7th council meeting.
LIArDA MCNABB- 517 FAIRVIEW LANE- A~ENDED PLAT
Linda McNabb at 517 Fairview Lane explained her situation on the
two driveway approaches she has and the no-access strip that was
placed on the plat when Murray subdivision was drawn up. She and
her husband were unaware of the no-access strip and when they
contacted the City above the driveway were told that the driveway
off of West 12th Street was illegal. She then contacted a surveyor
to draw up an amended plat for her to remove the no-access strip.
The surveyor was in his busy time of the year and put off doing the
amendment to the plat which has now placed her in a bad position
with the SID 110 group. She asked the board if they would approve
the amended plat and recommend that the curb and gutter not be done
on the West 12th side of her property. If the curb and gutter is
done then she and her husband will have to put out more money to
have the curb and gutter cut out, after paying for it through the
SID.
Cal stated that the Board had no authority regarding the SID and
the curb and gutter and 'that she needed to see Jim Flisrand
regarding this issue. He also explained to her that Jim has only
been doing the job that the City hired him to do, regarding the no-
access strip on the plat. The City has ordinances that every
citizen is required to follow.
Cal recommended that the amended plat be approved.
Motion by Don Gudgell, seconded by Bob Dantlc, to recommend
approval of the amended plat for 517 Fairview Lane. Motion carried
8--0.
Cal recommended that Linda go see Jim Flisrand.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
~Lund
