The Committee reviewed the December claims and recommended that
they be paid.
Don distributed the 1995-96 budget calendar.
Discussion regarding the 1994-95 budget for the Local Government
Review Study Commission. Ron Marshall mentioned that about the
only expenses this year would be for the workshop in Bozeman and
some advertising costs. It was mentioned that if someone wrote the
minutes of the meeting, Cheryll Lund would type them. This would
alleviate paying secretarial costs.
There is approximately $1,200.00 remaining in the election expense
budget and there was a motion by Bob Graham, seconded by Gay
Easton, to transfer $1,200.00 from election expense to the Local
Government Review expense budget. Motion carried.
