BUDGET/FINAnCE COMMITTEE
JANUARY 17, 1995 4:30 P.M.

MEMBERS PRESENT:

The Committee recommended transferring $15,000 of fire department
contract revenue in the General Fund to Capital Projects Fund- Fire
Department and $15,000 of General Fund tax collections to Capital
Projects fund for computer equipment- Police Department.
Don will prepare the Resolutions for the February 7th council
meeting.
Don will also prepare a resolution for budget transfers.
Discussion regarding the replacement of a jail monitor in the
amount of $265.00. The committee approved a purchase requisition
for this.
Discussion regarding a cellular phone for the police department.
Mike will be asked to attend our next Budget/Finance meeting.
Purchase requisitions were approved as follows:
General Fund
Jail monitor
Ambulance medical supplies
Air Pollution Control- city's
Senior Citizen's Center
Senior Helping Hands program
